Book review: Make your bed

My reading pace has slowed down a lot recently. But despite that, I managed to finish the book Make your bed, by William H. McRaven. It is a short book, and it was an easy read.

William is a retired navy admiral, and I first knew about him when I watched his famous 2014 commencement address for the University of Texas at Austin on Youtube. The video is about 20 minutes long and I recommend you watch it.

Now, let’s get back to the book. In his book, William shares 10 principles he learned during his time in Navy SEAL training and later on during his years of service.

All I have to say about this book is that the principles will definitely help you in your life, and they are well worth practicing, but if you don’t have time to read a 144 book, or you are simply lazy, you could watch the Youtube video, and still get the same advice you’d get from the book.
